Police and Military Career
Following university, Sidibé underwent military training and obtained another degree from the National Police School in Bamako.
He began serving in the criminal police in 1978, where he rose through the ranks to become an Assistant District Commissioner. In 1979, he furthered his education in criminal law and criminology, earning a doctorate in 1983.
